We offer a variety of services
to our clients. These include:
Regulatory inspection advice
We offer a bespoke service to assist clients facing s166 or similar regulatory investigations. We have considerable experience in this area and believe that active engagement at a senior level throughout the engagement is the key to achieving a fair and balanced outcome.
Contentious regulatory management
We can either assist with selection of counsel or work with existing advisers to offer a fresh perspective in contentious regulatory matters. We are particularly used to working with regulators to agree investigatory plans and in managing multi-jurisdictional, multi-faceted investigations.
When the unexpected hits, firms need an adviser with experience whom they can trust, who has the experience to stay calm in a crisis. We can quickly mobilise the necessary resources to manage even the most challenging situations.
As a former Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of a major bank, Andrew takes the skills amassed over 25 years in financial services and works with you to make a structured assessment of your current situation and then agree a personalised coaching plan to help you achieve your objectives. Most engagements take 6-12 months although ongoing support and accelerated coaching are always available.
Michael Jordan said “Teams win games, teamwork wins championships”.
Our team coaching programme starts with a structured assessment of the team using the market leading Human Synergistics Group Styles Inventory™. This allows group members to clearly identify what is helping and hindering the team in its efforts allowing for developmental planning for enhanced performance. We also use a variety of role playing scenarios to illustrate the challenges and benefits of effective teamwork.
Usually performed as part of an on or offsite management team meeting, our team coaching is ideal either for relatively new teams seeking to establish ways of working or for established teams looking to take performance to the next level. The sessions can also be delivered virtually, via video conference or similar.
